House in Kukliky

A small, charming house that can be used as a friendly holiday house, but also as a year-round home, for example for seniors. It is designed on the ground floor and has a living room open to the kitchen and separated from it by a dining area. In the middle is a fireplace and behind it a place for TV. The space is illuminated by a large window and a glass door to the terrace. Next door is a comfortable bedroom with large wardrobes. From this room we can also go directly to the garden. The functional program is complemented by an adjustable light bathroom and a vestibule, which also serves as a dressing room. The simple, inexpensive house was designed from blocks insulated with polystyrene and covered with a ceramic tile. The proposed technology will ensure durability and low operating costs.
